Easy Dollar Tree Halloween Picture

Spooky season is almost here and I couldn’t be happier! Let me just begin by telling you all that Fall is my FAVORITE time of the year. I just LOVE everything about it, especially…Halloween! Seeing all of the Halloween decorations in the stores just makes me all giddy inside! Every year I buy a few new things to add to my collection because I just can’t help myself! It seriously has become an addiction! It brings me so much joy and why should I deprive myself of something that makes me so happy? At least, that’s what I tell myself! I’ve been working on some new Halloween projects this year and I’m super excited to share them with you. This Easy Dollar Tree Halloween Picture is so simple to make and you can put it together in just a few minutes!

If you have been following me along for a while, you should know by now that I love seeing all the new goodies that the Dollar Tree puts out every year. Some of the items are cute just as they are, but I do like to put my own twist on things. I grabbed a few items and got busy creating this easy picture that will look absolutely adorable wherever you decide to place it.

Supply List:

  • Dollar Tree Halloween Card
  • Dollar Tree 5 x 7 Frame
  • Dollar Tree small skeleton
  • Glue gun

How to assemble this Easy Dollar Tree Halloween Picture

When I say that this is an easy craft, I am not kidding! The only tool that you will need is a glue gun for this one!

You will simply start by removing the backing of the frame. The tabs were very easy to bend and I didn’t even need to grab the handy dandy butterknife for this one. I just used my fingers and pulled them up.

The Dollar Tree has a great variety of seasonal Halloween cards that make for great pictures. The only problem that you will have is deciding which ones you want to use! I am going for a cute ghost theme for my mantel this year, so this ghost card was perfect!

Place the card in the frame, put the backing on and secure the tabs.

Now, you can leave it just as it is and it would be fine. However, I saw this little skeleton and thought he might be fun hanging on the side of the frame.

I attached him using my glue gun. At the time that I bought this little guy, I didn’t realize that he lights up. As an added bonus he has a motion sensor, so when you walk by him he lights up and makes sounds! So cool and it will give someone a little scare as they walk by! Ha! Ha!

Honestly, this craft couldn’t have been any easier than this! I love how cute it turned out and it goes perfectly with my other ghostly decorations, such as the spooky ghostly garland!

The “Hey Boo” sign is another Dollar Tree craft. You can see how I made it here.
